Here’s how I go about it, from start to finish. Your project may / may not include all of these steps, depending on its scope.

The first step in any project is me asking a lot of questions to get to know your business, learn what you’d like to achieve, and understand your preferences and any limitations. I can do this over the phone, zoom, email, or if you’re in Auckland, over a coffee (make mine a hot chocolate!)

I’ll provide you with three logo design options. Choose your favourite and provide any feedback on changes that need to be made. Then, up to two further rounds of revisions can be made before the final design is agreed.

I’ll then create a brand board, including logo variations, colours, fonts, and other elements of your new brand.

Now that your new brand is decided, I’ll provide you with two different business card designs. Choose your favourite, and let me know any revisions.

I’ll clarify your exact requirements in a web design brief, and then create your Squarespace website in your new brand. Either provide me with all the copy and images you’d like to include, or I can do this for you.

I’ll create anything else you need for your business - social media design, Mailchimp design or printed design - all in your new brand. For each item I’ll start with a brief, and allow for up to three rounds of revisions.
